Key Responsibilities:
Handle the
full recruitment life cycle
- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up until closure.
Source candidates through
Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, references
, and other channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify the most relevant profiles quickly.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update status reports regularly.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support senior recruiters and HR team in bulk or niche hiring requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
6 months to 1 year in
Domestic (India-based) Recruitment
- IT or Non-IT.
Basic understanding of the
recruitment process
and sourcing methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, etc.).
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
