We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Domestic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Sector 2. The ideal candidate will have between 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its recruitment needs.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida, Sector 2.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• Face-to-face interview is mandatory; no virtual interviews will be conducted.
