Responsibilities:
Revision of the user manual based on instructions from the IT section.
Provide technical support for G-Base Software (Main frame) and PEGA system.
Assist end users with software and hardware issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Ensure systems are running efficiently
Document and track support tickets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
