About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Domestic Student Counselor

to guide students through academic opportunities within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized counseling, assisting with the end-to-end admissions process, and supporting students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on academic programs, institutions, and career options across India. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable colleges/universities based on eligibility and interests. Guide students through applications, documentation, entrance exams, and deadlines. Coordinate with institutions and internal teams to track application progress. Participate in student recruitment initiatives such as webinars, education fairs, and seminars. Maintain accurate counseling records and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated on education trends, entrance exams, and university guidelines. Offer post-admission support including fee payment and onboarding assistance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Counseling, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling or admissions (preferably domestic). Strong knowledge of Indian universities and admission processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Empathetic, student-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
