We are looking for freshers to join as

Domestic Dialer Executive

. The role involves supporting

BPO operations by managing the dialer system, monitoring campaigns, generating reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage the domestic dialer system for BPO campaigns Monitor dialer campaigns and ensure smooth functioning Maintain accurate logs and generate operational reports Coordinate with team leads and resolve minor system or process issues Assist in process optimization and workflow improvement Follow operational guidelines and ensure compliance

Requirements:

Fresher with BTech or MBA graduate Basic technical aptitude and comfort with computers Good IQ and problem-solving ability Strong communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
