Domestic Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice Process - Day Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Domestic Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our customers within the country.
This is a Semi-Voice Process role, handling inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and solution-focused assistance.
You will be expected to understand local market nuances and ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
A positive attitude, active listening skills, and a passion for helping people are essential.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from domestic customers.
Identify customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Accurately log all interactions, customer feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Share insights and customer feedback to improve processes and services.
Educate customers about available services and upsell when appropriate.

Designation: Domestic Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice Process).
Work Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore.
Shifts: Day Shift - 6 days of work / 1 day rotational off.
Mandatory Languages: Proficiency in English + Hindi.
Salary:
Freshers: ₹16,000/- per month + Incentives.
Experience: Up to ₹22,000/- per month + Incentives.
Candidate Preference: Only candidates currently in Bangalore are preferred.
