Job Description

:
1. To be able to make 130-140 outbound calls on daily basis.
2. To answer the queries of the students by understanding their need and requirements.
3. To explain the benefits of our partner colleges to students.
4. Asking appropriate probing questions to create a detailed profile of the student.
5. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
6. Drive the application and campus walk in & Admissions from leads.
7. To be able to perform under target-based environment
Skills
1. Excellent communication (verbal & written).
2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Ability to motivate and influence prospective students.
