Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools Empty trash and recycling bins regularly Assist with basic food prep under the direction of the chef or kitchen staff Maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment Sweep and mop floors, especially during and after peak hours Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Support kitchen staff with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
