Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent growth.
Market Expansion:
Explore new markets, enhance coverage, and increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs.
Promotion & Supports:
Plan and execute promotional schemes and campaigns with channel partners.
Provide product training, sales tools, and necessary support to partners.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Maintain proper documentation of all channel sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 Years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or FMCG/ Consumer Durables/ Industrial as relevant.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
