Job Description

You'll handle phone calls in Hindi from customers in India about banking products. This is a fixed-salary job with no sales targets--focus on helping people and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities



Answer Hindi calls about accounts, balances, transactions, and banking features. Give clear info, fix issues, and help with requests like updates or transfers. Log details in our system and follow rules for privacy and banking laws. Team up with others and ask for help on tough cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications



10th pass or higher; some customer service experience is good. Fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding); English helpful but not required. Good at talking on phone, listening, and solving problems. Basic computer skills for our tools. Ready for full-time shifts, including evenings/weekends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
