Provide correct information to the customers 3. Enters details into the software 4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance. 5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log. 6. Improve quality results by recommending changes. 7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. 8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs. 9. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.
