Absolute fluent English communication
(both verbal & written)
Experience in handling domestic and international voice processes
Strong sales and customer handling skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic and international customers
Work on premium, pre-filtered customer data
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
Promote services and achieve sales targets when applicable
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional interactions
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
