Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS or MCA. 2-5 years of experience in network/transmission operations. Hands-on experience with SIAE Microwave and NEC Microwave systems. Working knowledge of Huawei routers and ATN 910 platforms.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in transmission and L2/L3 networking.Familiarity with NMS platforms and ticketing tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Certifications (Optional):CCNA/CCNP
