This Position reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager
Your responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth understanding of FTP, CFIN, and Fiori-related processes. (MDG, UDM, etc)
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, webinars, virtual training, team meetings, online learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer-to-peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Train users on O2C, IG, and MDG processes and appropriate system use. Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, Virtual Gallery, bite-sized learning materials, and SOPs as needed. Seek input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change.
• Engage with business leaders, users, and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges, and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapting to standards, process reviews, etc. Participate in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in curriculum development - including revisions to existing course content and new material creation. Communicate process and related system changes to users, including 'translating' system functionality into simple business-relevant language.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 5+ years of experience to cash (O2C/IG/MDG) processes.
• Solid understanding of O2C/IG/MDG processes and proven ability to transfer knowledge, train others, support end-users and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong MS Office / O365 suite
• Effective verbal/written communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
• Continuous learning mindset and passion for training others
• Proficiency in the English language is a must
