Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/ Domain Trainee, Property Desk Adjuster In this role, you will be responsible for supporting insurance claims activity and to assist in the resolution of all types of claim related complaints and inquiries. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards. Responsibilities: . Responsible for managing claims adjusting services based on client contractual service level agreements. . Responsible for maintaining the complete claims records and timely invoicing of the files . Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents. . Negotiating repair and total loss settlements with claimants and their attorneys, including conducting settlement conferences and mediations. . Establish detailed process understanding and adhere to client provided guidelines Qualifications we seek in you! . Any Graduate except technical . Relevant years of direct Property Claims handling experience . College Diploma or commensurate work experience . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. . Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses. . Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret Insurance terminology . Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted. . Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines. . Excellent customer service skills at all times. The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company. . Lean Six Sigma Certification(s) . Insurance Designation .
