Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/Domain Trainee - Order To Cash Application!

In this role, person will be working as Cash applicator and will be responsible for applying cash against invoices, process refunds, pole transfers, advance excel job, taking call with partners and reporting.

Responsibilities

Invoice application in SAP and High Radius*
Follow up on unapplied Payments.*
Processing refunds, Pole Transfer & reporting different dash boards.*
Closing Activities*
Stakeholder management*
Good understanding of Order to Cash function.*
Worked in Underwriting tools.*
Knowledge of Insurance slips, its sections, signed lines etc.*
Knowledge and experience of insurance accounting is essential.*
Reviewing bordereaux files to resolve commission, premium difference.*
Active management of aged debts, unallocated cash, internal and external queries.*
Monthly Bank reconciliation highlighting and recording transaction movement and raising with finance to ensure process is consistent.*
Process daily cash analysis report.*
Follow up or escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure.*
Timely and accurate processing of premium and endorsements*
Support existing backlog clean up exercises.*
Good Knowledge of Insurance is mandatory.*
Resolving Premium/ Claims/ Tax differences.*

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

B.com*
Proficient in MS- Excel*

Preferred qualifications

Should possess good knowledge in cash application.*
Ability to handle and prioritize Month/ Quarter end closing.*
Good knowledge of excel & validated understanding of Oracle.*
Should be flexible and proficient in multi-tasking.*
Good English Communication skill*
Conduct Technical checks on insurance documentation to ensure accuracy, this includes using specific IT based system to supports to support the technical adjusting process with some supervision where applicable.*
