Inviting applications for the role of

Management Trainee/Domain Trainee/ Assistant Manager- Invoice to Cash

We are looking for professionals with Credit & Collections/Cash applications/Dispute management profile

Responsibilities

Should have team handling experience of at least relevant year of experience with a size of 10 to 12 team members.

Should possess excellent communication skills

Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts

Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation

Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.

Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention

Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements

Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities

Perform daily internal audit

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities

Strong English language skills (verbal and written)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Customer service orientation

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in Invoice to cash domain

Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders

Ability to handle a team size of 10 to 12 members

Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is

must to

have
