o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for changes in the live environment. o Analyze requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility. MOP Preparation and Execution: o Prepare a raw Method of Procedure (MOP) detailing the steps for executing changes on the testbed. o Execute changes on the testbed environment to validate procedures. o Prepare the final MOP for production deployment after successful testbed execution. Verification and Validation: o Ensure MOPs for significant activities (e.g., RHEL patching, Oracle PSU, EP deployment) are thoroughly verified by the team lead. o Validate changes before deployment to the production environment. Production Execution: o Execute validated MOPs in the production environment to implement changes. o Monitor and document the implementation process. Degree within Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent RHCSA certified Strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management process. Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, particularly RHEL and DevOps/Cloud. Familiarity with Oracle PSU, EP deployment, and other significant activities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle service-affecting changes with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using testbed environments for change validation.
