As a Domain SME, you will provide expertise and guidance on specific subject areas related to our organization\'s operations and activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business objectives are met and that projects are completed successfully. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in your domain. What You Will Do Act as a domain expert and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the organization. Develop a deep understanding of the subject matter, including current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Serve as a resource for the team on the subject matter and answer questions as needed. Work closely with pro duct manager and team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives , requirements, and deliverables. Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines, risks, and resource requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to the subject matter. Analyse requirements and provide recommendations on how to meet them. Ensure that requirements are aligned with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives . Provide training and support to team members on the subject matter. Develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the subject matter and share knowledge with the team. What You Have 10 + years of experience in the subject matter area. Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and related technologies Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience developing and delivering training on the subject matter. Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
