About the Role




We're seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 9-12 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. You'll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.

What You Will Do



Agile Leadership: Lead and coach Agile teams in SAFE implementation. Facilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives). Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and process optimization. Identify and resolve impediments to team progress. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams. Ensure alignment with business objectives and SAFE principles. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.). Provide visibility into team progress and impediments.

What You Need



9-12 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum Mastering. SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification. Experience with SAFe implementation in large organizations. Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points



Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne). Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles. Experience with *multiple SAFe roles (PO, RTE, etc.).
