You will lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs. Secure appropriate competence in the Team and setup proper Team structure based on Business requirements. What you will do To ensure effective & efficient delivery of all fulfilment activities for his/her domain. To ensure compliance to KPI and SLA fulfillment. Problem solving: Must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts. Interpersonal skills: Must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely. Team working: Must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal departments. To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team to meet SLAs well within the time limits. To ensure actions and initiatives to enhance Configuration Management improvements. To ensure delivery of Configuration Management Reports towards customer as per WLA requirements To ensure quality checks of Configuration Management reports for error free circulation. Interface with the other organizational entities like Business & Compliance, MSCLT, Service Owner, MSDM etc. Ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements. Embracing and supporting BCSS strategic projects such as SDE 6.0 Interact with Customer\'s top-level management as and when required. Attend Management meetings related to Shift Operations activities Ensure that security responsibility is properly understood and followed. Ensure compliance and effective reporting of Occupational Health & Security. Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit Ensure that security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives Ensure that significant incidents are reported to the security responsible and to other parties concerned and when appropriate escalated senior management Balanced Scorecard, BPM, IPM goals and Check-in\'s session for feedback Responsible to secure that the quality and cost of the services delivered by the SDU are in accordance with the expected levels agreed through WLA for MS Network Responsible for Contract Transformation & Handover: Operational preparedness for the new contracts / Change request for running contract To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs Secure appropriate competence in the Team and setup proper Team structure based on Business requirements Performance management of Team Foster Leadership within the Team Management Reporting: Adhere to reporting schedules as per the Governance model To ensure that the team members get necessary trainings for new features and new nodes. To ensure time reporting is done as per guidelines for all Configuration Management team. To conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel. You will bring Highly developed line management and leadership skills and leading by example. Self-motivated and works well under pressure. Performance and results oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment. Highly developed skills in interpersonal communication and ability to communicate effectively on an executive level, both internally and externally. Customer oriented and business minded - has a consultative approach and focus on profitability. Highly developed skills in driving change. Ability to prioritize and plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets. Ability to work efficiently as part of a global delivery team Analytic with strong problem-solving capability. Highly developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively contributing knowledge, experiences, and skills to create a learning culture. Highly developed knowledge in diversity awareness Good conflict management skills. Good English language skills oral and written. Key Qualification Qualifications: Degree within Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent Industry experience: Telecom Years of experience: 13-15 years Certifications: Good to have ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, BRM Technical and/or functional skills: Experience of managing operations and configuration management in any customer Service delivery organization/Telecom Operators. Good Knowledge of Network implementation & integration of Telecom multivendor products and solutions, People Management, Customer Handling Skills, stakeholder Management & Negotiation Skills.
