Role Summary
The Dog Groomer will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services including bathing, haircut, styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, hygiene cuts, and breed-specific grooming. The groomer must ensure safety, cleanliness, and an amazing customer experience in every service.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrooming & Styling
Perform full-groom services: bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, trimming, haircut & styling.
Provide breed-specific grooming (Shih Tzu, Golden Retriever, Poodle, Lhasa Apso, Spitz, etc.)
Handle hygiene cuts, puppy grooming, and elderly dog grooming.
Animal Care & Handling
Handle dogs of all temperaments confidently and safely.
Identify skin issues, ticks/fleas, infections, matting, or concerns and inform pet parents.
Maintain calm, gentle behaviour to keep pets comfortable.
Customer Interaction
Speak politely with pet parents and explain grooming requirements.
Suggest suitable services, products, and care tips.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Operations & Cleanliness
Maintain grooming tools and hygiene standards.
Follow all safety protocols, sanitisation, and cleaning duties.
Ensure grooming area is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Teamwork & Scheduling
Work closely with reception and store teams for smooth workflow.
Assist junior groomers/bathers when required.
Maintain proper grooming timings and avoid delays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
