Language- Hindi fluent with any south language ?
Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented document verification agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and ensuring the accurate and timely verification of documents according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the State Registration Department. The Document Verification Agent will play a crucial role in meeting assigned targets, maintaining accuracy, and following up diligently for timely closure.
Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Ensuring timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes. Experience in Document Verification is an added advantage.

• Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks and cases.

• Should be able to convince the customer to upload the necessary documents in minimal time.

• Should have a fair command of the language (English,Hindi, and any southern language)

• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.

• Should be flexible in doing rotational shifts.

Requirements
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Telegu is advantageous.
1+ yr exp in documents verification or similar role.
Education should be equal to or above PUC (12th pass).
Benefits
Salary: Max 2.76 lpa
Shift: General (Candidate must be flexible to work as per process requirements)
