Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a documentation specialist. This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys creating professional documentation for student academic projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations using a variety of AI tools and software.

Responsibilities

:

Create comprehensive documentation for student academic projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to academic standards. Develop UML diagrams, architecture diagrams, and other technical designs using tools like Star UML and Rational Rose. Prepare PowerPoint presentations based on the documentation created, focusing on clarity and visual appeal. Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, for content writing, enhancing the quality and speed of documentation creation. Verify that each document and presentation meets the required quality standards before submission. Collaborate with the team to ensure that the final documents align with the project objectives. Submit completed work for verification and incorporate feedback when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, including advanced features for document formatting, table of contents, etc. Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, architecture diagrams, and technical design concepts. Familiar with Star UML, Rational Rose, or similar tools for UML design creation. Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation. Attention to detail with a strong focus on document quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility

:

Open to candidates of all genders and ages, residing anywhere in India. Prior experience in academic project documentation or similar work is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

:

Payment will be based on the number of documents and PowerPoint presentations completed. Competitive pay based on quality and quantity of work.
