We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Documentation & Registration Executive
to assist students throughout the admission counselling process. The ideal candidate will manage registration, choice filling, and documentation work, while ensuring a smooth and error-free experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with
registration, choice filling
, and other admission-related formalities.
Handle
documentation, verification, and submission
of student records.
Manage and update student information accurately in
online admission portals
.
Provide
technical support
during the counselling and registration process.
Coordinate with the
counselling/admission team
to ensure timely completion of all processes.
Guide students through the
choice filling process
, ensuring clarity and compliance with admission guidelines.
Communicate effectively with students and parents to resolve queries and provide assistance.
Prepare and maintain
data reports, checklists, and tracking sheets
in MS Excel and other tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Management, or related field).
Strong
computer proficiency
(MS Office, Google Sheets, online admission portals, etc.).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prior experience in
admission counselling or education documentation
will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
