We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Document & Data Entry Assistant
to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly through email or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze documents to extract required information
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Prepare and type documents with good speed and attention to detail
Work with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Handle customer interactions through email or chat in simple, clear English
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to read, understand, and analyze documents
Basic English communication skills for emails and customer interaction
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Note : The position requires working
rotational shifts
(covering days, evenings, or nights).
Night shifts are only applicable to male candidates.

Basics of email etiquette
