Your responsibilities

  • The Documentation Manager is the one making up, saving and providing the complete documentation as an important part of our product.
  • The Documentation Manager ensures that the complete documentation is according to our internal requirements, our client's requests and according to the actual laws.
  • The documentation Manager has to provide and to explain the complete documentation to all authorized parties right on time on a short notice if required.
  • The Documentation Manager is responsible for all topics documentation related.
  • The Documentation Manager is the one requesting and collecting all documents, putting them together, making up the documentation and saving it and provide and explain it to all authorized parties.
  • The Documentation Manager is the one providing and explaining the complete documentation internally, to our clients and internal and external auditors.
  • Requesting documents and certificates according to the requirements.
  • Requesting updated documents in case of:
Scan is a bad quality
Certificate is no longer valid
Validity period of a certificate is not sufficent
Certificates are incomplete

The Documentation Manager should be located at a yard or in the near of a yard due to the time difference.
In general, the Documentation Manager can be located everywhere.
