Role Overview



The Documentation Expert will be responsible for managing all documentation processes of the organization with accuracy and efficiency. This includes collecting, verifying, and maintaining records in both physical and digital formats. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Document Collection & Verification:

Collect, verify, and organize all required documents such as records, client files, agreements, certificates, and operational reports. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of documents. Provide support in the relevant domain of work, whether placement, application, or any other.

Record Keeping & Data Entry:

Maintain systematic filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy access and retrieval.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Ensure that all documentation complies with organizational standards, statutory requirements, and confidentiality norms. Maintain strict security over sensitive and confidential information.

Documentation & Reporting Support:

Prepare documentation and reports required for management reviews.

Problem Solving:

Address documentation-related issues promptly, such as missing papers, mismatched records, or delays in dispatch. Provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications Required



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in documentation (experience in any industry/field will be considered).

Skills Required



Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Good typing speed with accuracy.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents.
