Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage import and export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, insurance, and shipping instructions. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth clearance and shipment movement. Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, GST, and other statutory requirements. Maintain records of shipments, documentation files, and regulatory paperwork. Track shipment status and update internal teams on dispatch and delivery. Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies with customers, banks, and logistics partners.

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required



Fresher or up to 5 years experience in documentation or sales coordination. Fluent in English. Familiarity with export/import procedures and documentation will be an advantage. Any graduate, MBA preferably Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare professional business reports, correspondence and presentations. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills to deal effectively with all levels of business contacts internally and externally.

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
