Prepare and process import/export documents, including bills of lading, airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams for document verification and shipment updates.
Maintain proper filing, tracking, and archiving of all documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.
Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies and support audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in import/export documentation in a freight forwarding or logistics environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and freight/document management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
