Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and maintain student and internal documentation
Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documents using
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records and data
Update databases and maintain systematic filing (digital & physical)
Coordinate with internal teams for collecting and verifying required documents
Assist in preparing MIS reports and official correspondence
Handle data entry and document verification tasks efficiently
Support administrative and HR documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree from a recognized university
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong typing, formatting, and data management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in documentation, admin, or office support roles (EdTech preferred)
Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
Candidates with experience in MIS reporting and Excel formulas preferred
