We are seeking a candidate with excellent command of the English language to manage drafting of official letters, formal correspondence, and documentation, particularly for e-tenders and related business processes. The role requires precision, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize official letters, notices, and communications.
Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation for e-tenders and compliance requirements.
Ensure all written communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
Support management in preparing proposals, reports, and related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
B.A./M.A. in English (Honours preferred).
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in letter drafting and documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain formal communication standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management tools.
