Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain all required documentation and records
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of documents
Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Update reports, trackers, and document logs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in audits, inspections, and management reviews
Handle correspondence related to documentation
Maintain confidentiality of company data and records
Requirements
Proven experience as a Documentation Executive or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of compliance and record-keeping procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in manufacturing, export, or corporate documentation
Familiarity with ISO, compliance, or audit documentation
