About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Documentation Engineer

with a strong background in

pharma machine manufacturing

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and managing qualification documents and machine-related manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain

DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ

documentation Prepare and manage

FAT & SAT protocols and reports

Develop and update

machine manuals

, technical documents, and SOPs Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for documentation requirements Ensure documentation compliance with industry and regulatory standards Review and update documentation as per project requirements Ensure timely submission of all documents to clients and internal departments

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum

2-5 years

experience as a Documentation Engineer in

pharma machine/equipment manufacturing

Strong knowledge of

qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)

Experience in preparing

FAT & SAT documents

Ability to write and structure technical manuals Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Education:

Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
