Documentation Cum Telecaller Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records: Ensure all documents, including customer information, sales records, and other relevant data, are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
2. Data entry: Enter data into various software systems, including CRM software, spreadsheets, and databases.
3. Document management: Manage and maintain documents, including filing, scanning, and shredding.
4. Make outbound calls: Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services, generate leads, and drive sales.
6. Respond to inbound calls: Respond to inbound calls from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
