We are seeking a candidate with any degree and a minimum of 2 years' work experience to manage property-related documentation and provide support for office requirements at construction sites. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with both office-based and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and maintain property-related documents such as agreements, deeds, contracts, and legal papers.
Liaise with legal teams, government offices, and relevant authorities for document processing and registration.
Visit construction sites to coordinate and facilitate office-related requirements.
Collect, submit, and track approvals, NOCs, and compliance documents.
Maintain accurate records of all property and project-related files, both digital and physical.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing reports, updates, and documentation for management.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending paperwork and approvals.
Requirements:
Any degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding of property documentation processes and basic legal terms (preferred).
Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.
