Manage and organize documentation both physically and digitally, ensuring documents are secure, accurate, and compliant.
Visit client offices or project sites to collect, deliver, and process paperwork, contracts, permits, or other required forms.
Coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time.
Prepare, review, and update documentation as needed for business operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and document management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
The candidate should have their own two-wheeler (bike or scooter) for local travel as part of the job responsibilities.
Willingness and ability to travel to client offices and sites regularly.
Previous experience in documentation or clerical work is preferred.
