is responsible for maintaining precise, audit-ready documentation across all manufacturing, testing, and quality processes.
This role demands a
detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and accuracy-driven professional
capable of handling critical project records, engineering documents, and compliance files associated with high-capacity coil manufacturing and refurbishment operations.
Create, organize, and maintain documentation related to:
Coil manufacturing processes
Stator bar assembly records
Test reports (HV, Tan Delta, IR/PI, Winding Resistance)
Quality inspection reports
Material traceability documents
Project-specific client documentation
Maintain version control, document numbering, and structured filing systems.
Production & Testing Documentation
Capture data from production, testing, and QA/QC departments accurately and promptly.
Prepare daily production summaries, batch traceability logs, curing and pressing records, and de-binding process documents.
Ensure all documentation meets engineering standards, customer specifications, and internal SOPs.
Compliance, Records & Audit Support
Prepare and maintain records required for
ISO compliance, internal audits, customer audits
, and statutory inspections.
Support document retrieval during audit reviews and client visits.
Ensure zero deviation in documentation quality, formatting, and accuracy.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with
Engineering, Testing, QA/QC, Production, and Stores
to collect accurate data and update records regularly.
Track pending documentation from departments and ensure timely submission.
Assist project and quality teams with report compilation for customer submission files.
Digital Data Management & Reporting
Update ERP systems, Excel trackers, and digital registers with 100% accuracy.
Maintain soft copies, scanned files, and cloud-based archives following company data protocols.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly documentation MIS reports for management review.
Document Presentation & Formatting
Format technical reports, specifications, material lists, and inspection records professionally.
Ensure documents follow Rivera's branding, formatting, and technical accuracy standards.
Create structured PDF files, cover sheets, and index pages for client document packages.
Competency Framework
Strong documentation, formatting, and reporting skills
High proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, PDF editing, scanning, and data entry
Ability to understand basic technical terms related to coils, insulation, and testing
Strong organizational and filing skills
Zero-error mindset with strong attention to detail
Good communication and department coordination abilities
Qualifications & Experience
Any Degree / Diploma (Documentation or Technical background preferred)
0-2 years experience in
industrial documentation
or engineering administrative roles
Experience in coil manufacturing or electrical engineering environment is an advantage
