Documentation Assistant
to support our Accounts and Legal departments with efficient document handling and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Department:
Scanning and organizing accounts-related files and documents.
Maintaining proper filing systems for physical and digital records.
Assisting with document retrieval and archiving tasks.
Legal Department:
Drafting letters, simple legal documents, and maintaining legal correspondence.
Managing and updating legal files and records.
Performing data entry and report preparation using Microsoft Excel.
Providing administrative support to the legal team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or any related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Prior experience in a documentation or administrative role is preferred.
