Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in documentation
Familiarity with
GEM Portal
processes (bidding, uploading, tenders, compliance docs)
Strong MS Office and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, upload, and manage documents on GEM Portal
Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission
Maintain proper records and compliance documents
Support department in tender-related activities
