Data Entry: Input and manage document information in databases and spreadsheets. Document Control: Ensure documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and readily accessible for authorized users. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of documentation transactions, such as logs of document status, priorities, and any missing information. Administrative Support: Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to document production, such as typing, proofreading, and generating reports. Information Retrieval: Process requests for document retrieval and ensure timely delivery to colleagues or external parties.
