Documentation Executive
to handle, manage, and maintain accurate documentation for our processes, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good command of English, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents such as reports, agreements, forms, certificates, records, and internal files.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Update and maintain documentation databases and filing systems (digital & physical).
Ensure proper version control and timely updates of documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information for documentation.
Generate reports as required by management or clients.
Assist in auditing documentation and ensuring adherence to process guidelines.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English preferred/mandatory as per your requirement).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
