This position plays a crucial role in ensuring clear and accurate documentation for an electrical contracting company. Responsibilities include structuring agreements, preparing quotations, handling permits and licenses, maintaining project records etc.
Responsibilities:
Draft and revise client agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal and industry standards.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for electrical projects, based on project specifications and client requirements.
Present quotations to clients clearly and professionally.
Create and maintain comprehensive project records, including quotes, agreements, invoices, inspection reports, and photographs.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems.
Provide administrative support to the electrical team, including taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling emails.
Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the documentation process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in word, excel
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
