Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain candidate and client documentation, including contracts, CV databases, interview notes, and compliance records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in documentation, HR administration, or recruitment support roles preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems.
