Prepare, verify, and maintain all company-related documents and records
Handle client, and internal documentation as per process
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents
Coordinate with teams for required data and approvals
Update records, trackers, and reports regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of documentation and record management
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in documentation or back-office role
Knowledge of company policies and compliance procedures
