Documentation Assistant supports the creation, management, and maintenance of documents, records, and other materials.
Responsibilities
1. Create and edit documents: Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading documents, such as reports, manuals, and guides.
2. Organize and maintain files: Ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible.
3. Update and revise content: Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate, making revisions as needed.
4. Collaborate with teams: Work with various departments to gather information and ensure documentation meets requirements.
5. Ensure compliance: Verify that documentation adheres to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
