Draft and prepare property-related documents such as sale agreements, registration deeds, MoUs, PoAs, and supporting affidavits.
Verify accuracy of land records, ownership details, survey numbers, and client information before document preparation.
Coordinate with legal, liaison, and registration teams to ensure documents comply with local regulations.
Maintain updated templates for all legal and transactional documents used by the company.
Ensure all documents are free from errors, formatted properly, and approved as per internal SOP.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to collect required client details and supporting documents.
Prepare execution-ready document sets for registration, including printouts, annexures, and ID proofs.
Track document movement--draft, review, approval, signing, and handover to registration team.
Maintain a secure, organized digital and physical archive of all executed documents.
Provide timely updates to managers on document readiness, pending clarifications, and compliance gaps.
