Job Description

A Document Verification Executive validates the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of personal, financial, or employment documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key tasks include auditing KYC, educational, and professional records, conducting background checks, managing digital records in systems, and identifying fraudulent documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Document Authentication:

Review and verify KYC, ID proofs (Aadhaar/PAN), educational certificates, and employment history for accuracy.

Compliance & Risk:

Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, and legal standards.

Data Management:

Accurately input verified data into HRIS, CRM, or document management systems.

Communication:

Coordinate with clients, candidates, or internal departments to resolve discrepancies in documents.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on verification status and escalate issues regarding fake or incomplete documents. Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?19,381.38 - ?33,822.29 per month
