Job Description

A Document Verification Executive ensures the authenticity and accuracy of submitted documents (IDs, education, employment, financial) by cross-checking them against records, databases, and company policies, preventing fraud, and maintaining compliance, involving tasks like data entry, handling discrepancies, reporting, and communicating with stakeholders. They work in various sectors (HR, Banking, Logistics) to uphold data integrity and follow strict procedures for accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:

Document Review & Validation

: Carefully examine documents for authenticity, completeness, and legitimacy.

Data Cross-Verification

: Compare details from submitted documents with official records, databases, or internal systems.

Fraud Prevention

: Identify fake, altered, or incomplete documents to prevent fraudulent activities.

Data Entry & Management

: Accurately input verified information into software and maintain organized records.

Communication & Coordination

: Liaise with clients, candidates, or internal teams to resolve missing information or discrepancies.

Reporting

: Prepare reports summarizing verification status (e.g., verified, mismatch, pending).

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards Age criteria 18 to 29 years
