Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
? Oversee the submission, tracking, and approval process of project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.
? Maintain an organized and accessible document control system, ensuring proper filing and version control.
? Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to collect, review, and submit documents within the required timeframe.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project documentation standards.
? Address any document-related discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Communication Coordination:
? Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes.
? Manage and maintain project communication logs, including email correspondences and stakeholder discussions.
? Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance collaboration among project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
? Familiarity with construction terminology, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Work Environment:
? Factory-based with site visits as required.
? Interaction with multiple stakeholders, requiring strong coordination skills.
? Fast-paced and deadline-driven work setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
